The old milk house  turns into office/apartment/tackroom... This is almost complete! Check back for some updated pictures. This unique space will be perfect for a lucky working student or barn manager! The renovation has all new, water, sewer, electric, windows, roof, heating system, full kitchen, 2 full baths, tack room and living area! If you know what this building looked like before, even the construction pictures are a big improvement!

Special thanks to our plumber (and blacksmith!) Bob Wallace, our excavator Charlie Ellis, our electrician Brett Short and Mark Barnett (Short Circuits), Delbert Troyer for the dumpster service, and our builder Felix Vega!

This is as close to a "before picture" as I could find.

Charlie and Dave "gits it done"!

Bob Wallace, looking a little surprised... he just climbed out of the ditch after fixing the busted water line. I think Charlie broke it again 15 minutes later...what a team!!!

Charlie and Denise with site supervisor, "Sir Reginald".

Special thanks to Delbert Troyer  (A&J), for many dumpster trips...He was so worried about leaving tire tracks in the yard ! (hahahaha!)
Delbert, note the fine product placement in this photo...complete with your phone number!!!
937-349-7355 for THE BEST roll off dumpsters and even better service!!
