Leasing and Sales
We always have a nice selection of horses available for sale or lease or we will use our extensive network to find the perfect horse for you. For first time horses owners we think leasing is a very attractive option. Many times you can get a fabulous horse for a fraction of the cost and without the long term commitment of a true purchase. 10% commissions apply to ALL sales and leases with a 500.00 minimum.
Full Leases
Typically a full lease runs a full year and costs 1/3 of the purchase price plus board and services (see above for boarding requirements). But we currently have several horses available for "free lease" which costs board and services only. The horse is available to you 6 days a week and is yours to take to shows. There are no usage fees for lessons, no "show lease" fees or practice ride fees. Each full lease is a customized program and requires a minimum 200.00 in additional services. This is the exciting next step up from a lesson program! Lessors are responsible for maintenance vet and farrier expenses.
Half Leases
250.00/month for Full Care Board and the horse is available to you 3 days a week to be scheduled. Includes a 1/2 hr private each week! Half lease horses are also available to go to shows and the "horse show" lease fee is waived. No maintenance expenses. This is a great deal if you want to horse show on a budget!
Horse Show Lease
Take an OOF horse to a show for 40.00/day. This fee is waived for leases and students that purchase lesson packages.
Consignments
We occassionally have room for consignment horses. Consignment Includes full board, the horse is maintained in a partial training program (ridden 3 days/wk), and sales marketing is included (photos/videos/posted on our web site and a sales ad created and listed on the web). Horses are kept in show condition and are shown to potential buyers. 10% off all training fees at shows. 15% commission when sold. 700.00/month
Lease to purchase option

Horse Show Fees
Show deposit......50.00/show
Schooling and Coaching.....50.00/day (25.00/day for horses in a paid training program)
"Horse Show" lease to use an OOF horse at a show. Waived if the horse is leased or half leased.....40.00
Transportation..... $1.25/mile.....70.00 minimum
Set up and tear down (includes hauling one trunk).....25.00
Completing entries......10.00
Tack stalls, additional bedding, golf cart and trainers food, fuel and hotel expenses will split between clients attending the show.
Day Care
Basic: Packing hay and grain, feeding, dispensing meds and supplements, watering......20.00/day
Basic Plus: Includes all of the above plus stall cleaning.....30.00/day
Full: Includes all of the above plus grooming, lunging, tacking, untacking, bathing, setting up, and tack cleaning.....60.00/day
